Offers are restricted to regular priced items and are not applicable to discounted and promotional items. 4. To enjoy the dining offers, Cardholders must present and settle the payment with Dah Sing Credit Card, Debit Cards, Co-branded Cards or Affinity Cards. 5. Dining offers are not valid on public holidays, festive eves, festive days and blackout date. Private parties, banquets, room services, any special promotion items/ menus and ticket sales events, tea & condiments and 10% service charges are excluded, unless otherwise specified. 6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and VIP discounts, cannot be exchanged for cash and any products or services. 7. Dah Sing Bank do not have legal liability related to any aspect of the products and services provided by participating merchants. 8. Dah Sing Bank and participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. 9. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Dah Sing Bank and participating merchants shall be final.
