What is the difference between "Streaming Stock Quote Service" and "Real-time Snapshot Stock Quotes Service"? |
|
For "Streaming Stock Quotes Service", the stock price and related information of the particular stock enquired will be updated automatically and continuously as and when such information has changed.
However, for "Real-time Snapshot Stock Quotes Service", it only captures the stock price and related information of the particular stock enquired at that moment and such information will remain static and will not be updated automatically. Hence, you have to click "Search" to refresh the page for obtaining the updated stock information subsequently when necessary. |

Once subscribed, when can I start using this service? |

You may choose the service commencing on the first day of the following month (successful subscription at least 2 business days before month end) or at least 2 business days after subscription. Please note that a full month service fee will be charged, regardless of which date you begin the service . |

You may visit any of our branches for service termination. |

How to define the service charge session(s) of "Real-time Snapshot Stock Quotes Service"? |

Real-time Snapshot Stock Quotes Service" can be divided into charge sessions and free sessions.
