1. Can I subscribe an IPO via the i-Securities Services?
Yes.
 
2. Will I receive any confirmation when I have successfully completed the IPO subscription application via the i-Securities Services?
Yes. When you have successfully submitted the IPO subscription application we shall send you an email confirmation for you to confirm the information. Also we shall send you a daily statement for your record.
   
3. Can I amend or cancel placed IPO application?
  No. Once the application is accepted, you cannot amend or cancel via the Internet. You contact our customer service hotline (852) 3101 3636 for any amendment or cancellation at least one day before the IPO subscription deadline.
   
4. Can I submit more than one application on one IPO?
  No. Your application will be rejected if your have made or we suspect you have made repeated applications.
   
5. How do I know my IPO application succeeds or not?
 

You can login to the i-Securities Services and check the result from "IPO Centre” → “IPO Application History", besides, we shall send you a daily statement to inform you the IPO application result.
