Account Information
1. Where can I check my current position?

You can click "Trade” → ”A/C Portfolio" (Java version) / “Stock Portfolio” (HTML version) of the trading platform to check your current stock portfolio and portfolio reference value (total closing value of the stock portfolio).

 
2. Where can I check securities account balance?

You can click “Trade” → “A/C Portfolio” (Java version) / “Account Information” (HTML version) of the trading platform to enquire the account information as follows:-

The amount that you can buy stocks

The amount that you can withdraw from your settlement A/C

3. How to calculate the "Usable Fund"?

The “Usable Fund” is calculated as follow:

Usable Fund = Available Balance + Available Sales Proceed

 
4. Can I check my transaction history?

Yes, you can click "Trade” →”Transaction History" of the trading platform to check your transaction history of the past 3 months or “Order History” to check your order history including the non-executed orders for the past 3 months .

 
5. Can I request for monthly/ interim statement(s)?
 

Yes. Besides the monthly statement you received at the end of each month by post, you can request for previous month’s statement or current month’s interim statement by clicking "Customer Services”. →”Request Statement". The statement will be sent to you by post. A service charge of HK$50 per request will be debited from  your settlement account.

 
6. Can I print my account portfolio or other information?
 

Definitely. By clicking the upper right hand corner of the screen, you can print a hard copy of your account portfolio or other information.
