Promotion Terms and conditions:
  1. The promotion period is from 5 August 2008 to 18 October 2008 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The maximum loan amount is HK$800,000 or 6 times the customer’s monthly salary (whichever is lowest). The loan amount of HK$300,000 or above is applicable only to property owners or MEVAS Bank's preferential customers, including civil servants, professionals, staff of selected government organizations / public organizations, full-time teachers, staff of tertiary institutions / universities, and staff of selected financial institutions and Dah Sing VIP Banking Customers.
  3. The interest rate for the first 3 months is 2.8%p.a. and 8.8%p.a. thereafter. The above Annualized Percentage Rate (APR) is calculated according to the method set out in the relevant guidelines referred to in the Code of Banking Practice, excluding annual fee and is rounded up or down to the nearest two decimal places.
  4. Welcome gifts are only applicable to customers who successfully apply for and withdraw IN-MOENY Revolving Loan during the Promotional Period. The welcome gifts offered vary from the approved loan amount: one set of ASUS EEEPC 900-W011 worth HK$3,998 (or HK$1,500 cash coupon); one set of Hotel Nikko Hong Kong two persons’ dinner buffet coupon worth HK$876 (or HK$300 cash coupon) or one set of Hotel Nikko Hong Kong two persons’ tea buffet coupon worth HK$348 (or HK$150 cash coupon) will be given according to the approved loan amount of HK$500,001 or above; HK$200,001 – HK$500,000 and HK$50,000-HK$200,000 respectively.
  5. To be eligible for the welcome gift, customer is required to maintain an average daily outstanding balance of his / her IN-MOENY account at 70% or above (“welcome gift requirement”) of the approved credit limit upon account opening until the day before the issuance of the fifth statement (“the Period”). Customer is also required to maintain his / her IN-MOENY account valid and with a good repayment record. Customer will not be eligible for the welcome gifts if any single one of the customer’s IN-Money statements during the Period fails to fulfill the welcome gift requirement. The Bank will issue a redemption letter to eligible customers by mail upon the seventh month of account opening.
  6. The annual fee is 1% of the approved credit limit (minimum HK$300, maximum HK$500) and the cash withdrawal fee is 2% of the withdrawal amount (minimum HK$55). The annual fee and cash withdrawal fee waivers are only applicable to customers who successfully apply for IN-MOENY during the Promotional Period.
  7. The "30-Minute Approval and Disbursement" is applicable only to phone-in or walk-in customers who submit all of the required documents on the application date. The process starts from the moment that Dah Sing Bank staff confirm receipt of all the required documents and information with the customers. The application should comply with the general loan approval procedures of the Bank and should not exceed a loan amount of HK$100,000. Customers should choose to draw their loan at branches. This service is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays, which may be subject to change according to the actual circumstances.
  8. All the welcome gifts cannot be transferred or converted into cash. The cash coupon is restricted by the relevant terms and conditions of individual companies. The Bank is not liable for any products or services provided by individual companies. The quoted value of welcome gifts is for reference only; the Bank is not responsible for the difference of the quoted value and the market price of welcome gifts. In the case of insufficient welcome gifts, the Bank has the right to use similar products for replacement at any time without prior notice.
  9. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the above offers or amend their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
