Terms & Conditions of Welcome Gift:
1.	To enjoy the Welcome Gift, applicant must successfully apply for MCMUG AND MCDULL Credit Card before 31 December 2008. Welcome Gift is only applicable to Principal Cardholders. Each new Principal Cardholder can enjoy the Welcome Gift only ONCE regardless of the number of MCMUG AND MCDULL Credit Card applied.
2.	MCMUG AND MCDULL Cushion Blanket: It is applicable to successful Principal Cardholders of MCMUG AND MCDULL Credit Cards who accumulated retail purchase or cash advance of HK$2,800 or above within the first 2 months from card issuance. The retail spending / cash advance of Supplementary Cardholder will be combined with the Principal Cardholder’s account. This Welcome Gift is not eligible for those who has ever hold/cancel MCMUG AND MCDULL Principal Credit Card in past 12 months.
3.	The welcome gift redemption letter will be sent to the Principal Cardholder within 1 month upon fulfilling the spending requirement and the card account must be valid and in good standing. The accumulated spending amount includes retail spending amount, cash advance amount, "Happy Installment" amount, "Cash-in Plan", balance transfer amount, bill payment, tax payment, interest-free installment, Octopus AAVS Amount, excludes bank handling fees (annual fees, financial charges, late fees and cash advance handling fee), casino transaction, unposted / cancelled / refunded and all unauthorized transactions.
4.	Welcome Gift are on a first-come-first serve basis while stocks last and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that the gift item is out of stock, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the welcome gift with another offer.
5.	All welcome gifts shall be redeemed with the original redemption letter within the designated redemption period, it will be invalid upon expired.
6.	The Bank does not warrant the quality and quantity of the products provided by the participating merchants and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. The Bank and the participating merchants reserve the final right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.	If Principal Cardholder cancels his/her new MCMUG AND MCDULL Credit Card within 13 months of card-issuance date, the Bank reserves the right to debit a handling fee of HK$300 to the relevant Principal Card Account without prior notice.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the Bank.
